DUAL TONES are the largest and most visually striking orchestral mute. The Dual Tone name refers to this model's ability mount on top of the bridge for the quietest traditional orchestral dampening or slid against the back of the bridge when mounted on the string notches for a mezzo piano effect. The mute is directional with the “W” side facing the musician. These signature mutes are designed according to the following prioritized needs:
1) Resonant tone with warm sound while mounted on top of bridge with focused dampening of outer overtones
